INNOVATIVE WORK
Innovative teaching is necessary for the present and future of education to help students to reach their full potential. Providing new materials by teachers helped the students to gain new insights or opened up new channels of intellectual stimulation or enhanced student’s essential and creative thinking power. Innovative teaching is necessity for all teachers in order to meet the educational needs of new generation. Here I have used an innovative work named " classification " for my 8th standard students. The model contains the ideas about classification, Taxonomic hierarchy, etc. It had made teaching learning process quite easier. Students are actively participated in this activity. They enjoyed a lot.
